Fund for Educational Excellence (BSFEE) awarded three teacher grants earlier
this week. For the second straight year the BSFEE has partnered with the
Boardman Education Association to fund teacher innovation in the
classroom. Pictured, Grant Recipients, l-r, Tim Harker, Middle
School Technology Teacher, "LIttleBits Maker Space, STEM educaton; Whitney Resch and
Shannon Carchedi, Center Middle School science teachers, will purchase
six iPad Minis to provide a classroom technology
learning station that will engage and extend digital learning opportunities for
every 7th grade student; Brittany Krestel, Stadium Drive, Gr 2, to purchase over 100
audio books to support her "Daily Five" program.
